•網上訂購 - 可以透過本網站 / Facebook搜尋本公司Facebook專頁 (Speedy Frozen Meat Delivery)內進行網上訂購;
•如經網上下訂單後,本店職員會在辦公時間11:30am-6:00pm內致電閣下,確認訂單及送貨日期、時間安排, 訂單一經確認後, 閣下可選擇利用

送貨及退貨條款

客人每一訂單只需消費滿 $650 或以上,就會提供免費送貨. 但不包括離島及禁區範圍地區.

石澳,大浪灣,需額外加收 $40 / 馬灣 , 東涌需額外加收 $70

如小於$650需額外加收 $70 的送貨費用. 但不包括離島及禁區範圍地區.

如小於 $350 需額外加收$120的送貨費用. 但不包括離島及禁區範圍地區.

(送貨時間為星期一至日下午2:00至晚上9:00). 如上述送貨日期/時間未能符合閣下需要, 請於落單時註明.
顧客落單之後可預約一個月內(按落單日期計)送貨日期.
•顧客如於送貨日期前一天仍未收到本公司電郵確認訂單, 請於下午6時前致電查詢.
•運輸隊伍會於送貨當天再聯絡閣下確認送貨時間,請客人留意電話,如客人
多次不接聽電話,本公司有權不派送該訂單.
•本公司有可能不能送到指定住宅單位以及大廈,只可以在大堂門口或路邊作交收.
•為確保食品質素,我們會為閣下準備保冷袋/保冷冰塊,客戶可安心選購.客人請在收貨時,當面點算清楚所有貨品, 如有任何問題請即時致電本公司作了解.
•為了保障客人的貨品安全,客人收到貨品後,如發現貨品有問題,可即時通知我們安排退貨/換貨.(只限於貨品在未曾開封或未曾食用過的情況下)
•退貨/換貨時限為收貨日子後7日內.
如超過時限,恕不接受退貨/換貨,敬請原諒.
•本網站所載之所有圖片只供參考,一切以實物及當時情況為準.
如價格有變動, 或有任何爭議, 則以本公司最後決定為準.

FREE DELIVERY for purchasing over HK$650 (Except Outlying island and restricted areas. Additional delivery fees HK$ 40 for Shek-O, Big Wave Bay) / (Ma Wan and Tung Chung additional HK$70)

HK$70 additional delivery fees for orders below HK$650 (Except Outlying island and restricted areas. Additional delivery fees HK$ 50 for Shek-O, Big Wave Bay) / (Ma Wan and Tung Chung additional HK$80)

HK$120 additional delivery fees for order below HK$350 (Except Outlying island and restricted areas. Additional delivery fees HK$ 80 for Shek-O, Big Wave Bay) / (Ma Wan and Tung Chung additional HK$110)
2. DELIVERY LOCATION
-
Delivery service is available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

For Outlying islands, we will arrange to drop off the delivery at Central Pier (Please contact us to check with the special arrangements.)

Restricted Areas, customers are required to collect the order at designated location(s). (Please contact is to check with the special arrangements.)

No Delivery shall be available to premises situated in buildings which have no legal unloading areas within 50 meters of the building. Delivery service does not include areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or building without a functioning lift to the 3/F or above. Customers must meet him at the closest legal stopping area to pick up the delivery from the vehicle.
3. DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT

We deliver 7 days a week, the delivery hours shall be between the hours of 2:00pm to 8:00pm daily, except for some rural areas.

The Cut-Off time for next day delivery is 16:00.

Our delivery team will contact you 2 hours prior on the delivery date.

No delivery shall be available on the 1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year, and when typhoon signal No 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted, or such other weather condition whereby delivery is considered unsafe.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION

You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly, please review your order details again. Make sure your order items, deliver address and amount are correct. If you have an issue with your orders, please contact us within 24 hours.

The Customers may vary or cancel the order without incurring costs before SPEEDY has commenced processing the order. Service charges may apply at the absolute discretion of Speedy if Speedy has commenced processing the order.
5. REPLACE AND REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with the products with us, we will be happy to replace or refund. Please contact us the order information and picture of the related product to sales@speedyfrozenmeatdelivery.com within 7 days after the delivery.

Speedy will not refund or replace goods or rectify discrepancies 7 days after delivery.

Replace item shall be made within 2 – 4 working days upon confirmation.
-
Refund to your designated bank account within 7 workings days upon confirmation.
-
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In case of dispute, Speedy reserves the right of final decision.
